Last updated: 13 October 2026. These terms apply to business-to-business export enquiries and orders with RANPA EXIM PVT LTD (“Ranpa Exim”, “we”, “us”) through ranpaeximagri.com. Please read them before placing an enquiry or order.
Product descriptions, grades, pack sizes and specifications on this site are indicative. Final specifications are confirmed in the written quotation. Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation; if no period is stated, they are valid for 7 days. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply as stated in the quotation or on the product page.
Prices are as quoted (USD or INR, as stated in the quotation). Unless the quotation states otherwise, prices exclude import duties, taxes, and destination charges. Payment terms (including advance payment) are as agreed in the quotation / proforma invoice. Orders are confirmed only after we acknowledge them in writing.
Delivery terms (Incoterms), shipment timelines and port of loading are as agreed in the quotation. Timelines are indicative and depend on production, packing and shipping availability. Risk transfers per the agreed Incoterm.
We supply products as per the agreed specifications and available certificates (APEDA, IEC, GST, MSME & Coconut Board). Please inspect goods on delivery and report any shortage, damage or quality issue within 7 days of delivery with photos and documents. Claims after that period may not be accepted.
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
