RANPA EXIM is an export company dealing in agricultural and natural products, including fresh fruits, vegetables, and agro-based goods. All exports are conducted under international trade and government regulations.
Orders can be placed through email or an official purchase order (PO). Once your order is received, we will send a written confirmation with agreed prices, quantities, and shipment details.
Payment terms depend on the agreement and can include Advance Payment, Letter of Credit (L/C), D/A, or D/P. All overseas bank charges are borne by the buyer. Goods remain the property of RANPA EXIM until full payment is received.
Prices are quoted in USD or INR depending on buyer location and order volume. Prices are valid for a specified period and may vary based on logistics, currency fluctuations, or government regulations.
Shipments are arranged as per Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CNF, etc.) agreed upon in the contract. Delivery timelines are estimates. Once goods are handed to the carrier, risk passes to the buyer.
All goods are inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet export-grade quality. If required, third-party inspections can be arranged at the buyer’s cost. Any complaints must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Products are packed using export-standard materials to maintain freshness and safety during transit. Custom packaging options are available on request at an additional charge.
If delays occur due to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or political events, RANPA EXIM is not liable under the Force Majeure clause. We will, however, inform clients immediately and work to minimize delays.
The buyer is responsible for customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes as per their country’s regulations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our liability is limited to the value of goods mentioned in the invoice. RANPA EXIM is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by delays or damages during transit.
All transactions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
